How to Get a Jump Start into Email Marketing

How to Build a Solid Email Contact List Legally

To keep the list legal, we have people fill out an online form or in person, via a signup card, where they mark a box that explains that they agree to accept relevant offers from time to time (usually on a monthly basis) from the company or organization that they are filling out the form for.

Please Meet our Swap-Meet Client
We have a newer client who has been with us for a few months. This client has taught us another way to gather data. He built his list of over 1,000, new, fresh contacts in fewer than two days by simply talking to a Swap-Meet organizer. They continue to work on this dual promotion tactic on a monthly basis.
This particular client specializes in romantic lingerie, and he sells his products from his store front, located in Los Angeles County. On his own, he had collected two hundred email contacts from foot traffic, phone traffic, and his website. He realized this would look good and be helpful to getting these Swap-Meet goers coming back more often for a chance to win a romantic getaway and dinner. This would be a real plus for his Swap-Meet vendors, creating a win-win situation for everyone.
