CANCELLATION, TERMINATION, AND CHANGES

Understanding Our Policies
|
The initial term of this Agreement shall be, selected by the client on the
applicable order form. At the end of the initial term, this Agreement shall
continue to be enforce until terminated in accordance with the provisions
below.
Viper Logic and Viper Mailer, has sole judgment to terminate or suspend this Agreement
at anytime if a client breaches any of the terms of conditions. All
provisions of this Agreement relating to payment, disclaimers, limitation of
liability, confidentiality, and the Viper Logic Corp. and the Viper Mailer
Product proprietary rights shall survive termination or expiration of this
Agreement.

Notification
|
Either party may terminate this Agreement without cause upon at least thirty
(30) days written notice to the other party (email accepted only from the
prime, signed-up client's email address).

Client Data
|
Prior to cancellation of the use of Viper Logic's Viper Mailer Product, it is
the client's sole responsibility to retain a current copy of their provided data.
Upon account cancellation, the data within the client's account will be deleted
from the Viper Mailer system.

System Updates
|
Viper Logic Corp. may change the Viper Mailer product at any time and from
time to time without notice. Clients will receive a pro-rated refund of any
pre-paid fees associated with Viper Mailer.
If the System Updates are not acceptable, please let us know. It is our
intension to provide the best possible email marketing deliverability results
at all times.
